This truly outrageous exchange proves once and for all that Dwain Lingenfelter is not only a terrible political leader but not fit for public office of any kind. What kind of person says these things?
Anywhere outside of the Legislature, his ass would be sued off.
Lingenfelter is an absolute affront to Saskatchewan values.

And this is exactly why this ego-maniac will NEVER EVER be premier of this province. He offers nothing to Saskatchewan just attacking to feed his own sense of greatness. Someone should do a little dirt digging on this arrogant prick..I imagine Louise Simard has a few good tales!
They CCF/NDP were called the "Saskatchewan Mafia" in the 1950's and 1960's. The name was mainly given for the countless scandals like Rawluk, insider trading of Saskatchewan bonds and the CCF/NDP tactic of pressuring businesses, both in Saskatchewan and outside of the province, into making donations to the CCF/NDP. They said it was to "insure" that the businesses would be able to continue to do business with the Saskatchewan government, but really it was just a shakedown.
One of the last things CCF finance minister Clarence Fines did before he left his wife and skipped off to Grenada with his secretary was to deposit a $1500 "donation" from the Alberta Distillers into the CCF bank account.
This is all mentioned in the book "The Road to New Jerusalem" by Ian and Thomas McLeod. Of course the McLeods try to explain it all away, but don't do a very good job of it.
For those NDPer's reading this who like to threaten lawsuits, I say BRING IT ON!!! But first you may want to ask Buckley Belanger what happens when you sue my family...
I agree that language is entirely unacceptable and, as a long time Sask Party member, I think Mr. L may be one of our party's best assets.
That said, I was in my kitchen for a cup of coffee and happened to see some of that debate. It is my view that BOTH parties behaved very poorly and bring disrepute to themselves and the House.
As my mother used to say, you don't have to act like an idiot just because someone else does.
