According to RightWingBob, it is a "Screen capture from Saskatchewan Legislative Channel". We know that is not the case.
This is a phone camera capture. We know the picture was taken directly behind NDP MLA Sandra Morin. We know this picture was then sent to an NDP friendly blogger.
Maybe this office should be looking into it. I'm sure they would be very interested in reviewing Legislature seating arrangements, and the protocol of releasing images from inside the Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly.
UPDATE - Someone may be falling on their sword tomorrow, taking responsibility for this picture. We will keep you updated.

That is great because now even more people will see a Saskatchewan Party member sleeping on the job while he takes a big fat pay cheque from the taxpayers. And you really think the public gives a crap about the picture? You guys in the Premier's office are so funny. The public will only remember Serje snoozing on their dime. What a bunch of useless arrogant characters you all are. If you had even 1/10th the character that Rick Swenson has, you would be worth something. too funny.
Serge has got it right. If I had to sit there and listen to all that blathering drivel, I'd hit the Snooze button too. And look at it on the positive side. Most every time a government of any persuasion actually does something, it inevitably costs us money. $ right out of our wallets. By doing nothing, Serge is saving us money. I like that. Serge for Premier.
